If your age is below 25 then then you can apply for many defence exams which are from UPSC one of them is CDS.But as you have completed Graduation in 2014 age will be more so You can go for IAS,IPS,IFS etc as they have 32 minimum

Rank depends on factors like number of candidates qualified, top score, normalized marks, category etc. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you may get seat in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering in JNTU, Kakinada.
