According to DIT DEHRADUN Official website there is no offical cutoffs published by DIT Dehradun so we can not comment on that but according to the website your Merit based counseling on rank of Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) will be considered first and after that your merit based counseling

You got 94.67 percentile in JEE main exam, your rank would be approximately in between 6000 to 10000. Also, you can check your expected rank using the formula:

Rank = (100-percentile)*(No. of students appeared for the examination)/100

As the no. of students appeared for Paper 2 are 112680,

So,you got 64 out of 160 in AP EAMCET and IPE is 592 out of 600.

So, the AP EAMCET Weightage is

75% of AP EAMCET marks=(64x75)/160=30

25% of IPE marks=(592x25)/600=24.67

Yes, you can definitely apply for MHT-CET exam even though if you do not belong to Maharashtra state. But, remember that you will get admission in private colleges only. You won't be able to take admission in Government aided colleges in Maharashtra based on MHT-CET.
