Around 12% of total students took Neet exam in hindi medium in 2019.We don't have statistics of qualified students per language.

Language doesn't matter just that you need to have knowledge of the subjects.

As per your query, since you have not gotten your degree, you should upload your final semester marksheet available online.

As for the year of passing, you should specify it has 2016 only.
