As per previous year data, the closing rank of CSE for Open(PWD) candidates in VNIT under Home quota has been 100, but you may have chances in other disciplines such as Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.

There are 50 government colleges for BDS with atotal of 3513 seats. So in Karnataka there are a total of 3 government BDS college with 160 seats. So it is quite difficult for you to get chance in government institutions. There are 44 private colleges with 3360 seats.
Yes of course there is a reservation for SEBC category in Maharashtra and in NEET Counselling for state quota it is considered for both 70% and 30% state quota. So if you belongs to SEBC than you can surely be getting advantage for this.
