As an SC candidate to get into iit you should score more than 60-70 in jee mains.
Where as in jee advance you have to score more than 42 to get qualified in the exam, and to have a better branch you should score more than 47.

According to me I guess you should go for JIIMS ROHINI because it has more popularity than saket campus. Also the placement is good compared to saket one.
JIMS Rohini is a really good college for pursuing BCA. Though the campus is small but all the required infrastructure facilities
