Based on your marks and category you have very good chances to get seat in private engineering colleges in hyderabad and getting scholarship will be depends on reservation so as per  you need pay 25% and rest you will get from the government and also  fee depends

Yes there are various colleges that give admission on the basis of +3 as well as conduct their own entrance exams.

One of it is Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal. They conduct their own entrance test for the students and also accept CLAT marks.
