In foreign universities the education policies are entirely different, there are not any type of traditional courses that are now running in India like BSC, MSC etc.  in Cambridge University there is BS and Ms course , for physics there is BS in physics.

I have Hindi as my optional in class 12. so in wbjee counselling there in qualification details in the section of filling subject marks of class 12 there is no option of Hindi so what should I do.

The best 4 or best 3 subjects are the ones in which you scored the highest. According to your marks these are

  1. Physics
  2. Maths
  3. Chemistry
  4. English

so according to this, your percentage becomes: [{98+97+96+94}/4] = 96.25 in best four, and 97 in best three.
