It is temporarily removed for academic session 2020....but there is many students who is going to repeat  for next year and also re-repeaters...so there is chance to remove 75% criteria

i secured 3717 rank in ts EAMCET after going through the previous cut-off/last ranks its evident that i wouldnt get CSE branch in JNTU,OU, CBIT, VASAVI. but i could get into these with other branch. i can easily get into VNR with CSE. kindly suggest me your take on this.

You haven't specified the exam you attended .if you are referring to NEET then you have qualifying marks for NEET but getting an admission to a government/Aided/Private colleges with this marks is really tough based on previous year data. But you can try again next time with the help

Your question refers to scope in government sector after B.Tech and M.Tech in civil engineering. For getting into government sector you have to give competitive exams and interviews, your selection will depend on these exams and not on the college from which you have completed your degree.
