According my opinion if you are from civil,mechanical or the related branch of these two then it is very beneficial for taking 2 papers in GATE 2021 exam.The combination that you may make is me with xe section paper and similar.

Actually you can not get into MBBS through GUJCET examination.
This is because,
Gujcet is state level entrance exam for getting into engineering/pharmacy. Admission in MBBS is not provided through Gujcet.
If you want to do MBBS then NEET is the entrance examination for that and to be eligible
