In 2019 the cut off in round 7 was 100 for General PWD category to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in VNIT, Nagpur. Considering this it is difficult to get seat in CSE general pwd rank 706. Cut off may slightly change depending on number of candidates qualified,

As you did not mentioned to which category you belong to, cut off for various male categories in JNTU, Hyderabad.

For CSE &ECE respectively

While calculating your best of four percentage, 1 language and 3 core subjects are taken into consideration in order to decide the eligibility criteria for a specific course.

You can't add another subject which not listed under the list B prescribed by the University as an elective subject.
