Rohit rai , From some research on internet I found that you need 25 % (minimum qualifying marks) or cutoff for taking admission in iet Lucknow for an OBC candidate in UPSEE.

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP,

If you look at the placement statistics then NIT Surat has an upper hand, however, I would suggest ECE at IIIT Allahabad, as the IIITs are focused on IT and Computer science. And the combination of the knowledge of IT and ECE will be a very good thing
