It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc. So as per last year cutoff you have chance to get seat in veterinary college

I suggest you to go for NIT Trichy as it is one of the top NIT'S which is equally comparable to IIT'S and to choose ECE branch will be better for your future. If i say in terms of placements you will get easily with good amount of effort. But

400 is a good score but not enough if you are from general category and want to take admission in Deccan Medical college. If you check with the previous year's cut off's of this college, it was 384 for Management quota in 85% state quota then for 15%
