You can't go for two courses at a time, in that case only one course will be stated as valid. Either you can go for polytechnic diploma or ITI diploma, you can't pursue both courses at the same time. So make your decision wisely and then go for

Yes, you can do one diploma course with a regular degree program.

According to the ugc rule you can do two courses simultaneously but you one course should be in regular mode and other in distance or online mode. Than only the two courses will be considered valid.

Yes, Now you can pursue dual degree simultaneously after 12th  as the commission have recently approved for the students to pursue two degree courses at the same time.
