According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs with CSE, ECE or IT like top branches as per previous year's cut-offs even if you deserves Home state quota for them but yes I would suggest you to sit

The cutoffs for all the courses are expected to increase this year. If you had asked about last year or the year before the I could surely say that you could get a seat with 450 or 460 but this year the cutoffs are expected to go higher.
