First of all congratulations for getting 97 percentile in JEE Mains January exam.
The thing is that now we can give JEE Mains exam twice. The one is in January and the second one in April. But due to Covid-19, the second JEE Mains is in September .

Sorry to say this, Even though u fall under the umbrella of state quota as well as SC quota, it is difficult to get into any of the campuses. Since, According to previous year's, ECE cut off was around 16000.
