my daughter is a us citizen and oci holder. she has been studying in india since nursery. currently she is in class 11 and planning jee. 1. will she be treated as Foreign student or General category student? 2. will she have to pay fees as foreign student? 3. is she eligible for jee mains?

1. She will be treated as an Indian National candidate and her state code of eligibility will be the state she is currently residing.

2. She has to pay the fees as other Indian students pay.
