Hello Midasala subhash , No  if it increases then the reason is not lockdown. Now every year the cut off Trends changes - it increases or decreases. But the cut off of these nits or iiits doesn't depend on this lockdown or some curfews etc.

SPA Delhi is better since it is much older in reputation than Vijaywada.

The fees for SPA Delhi are much less as compared to SPA Vijaywada.

The salary package offered is also higher in delhi.

170 marks are very less for a seat in MBBS or BDS or BAMS or BHMS. Last year NEET cut offs for OBC was 107-133. In 2020, they are expecting the cut offs to  increase by atleast 20 marks. If that happens then you will have just qualified in NEET

Every college fees structure is different according to their facilities ,infrastructure ,ranking holding ,reputation etc ..Where every private college fess structure is little bit high rather then government college but there is some relaxation for quota and reservation students .

No, If you have a SEBC certificate in regional language of state but your name is not found in  OBC list of  central government. Then you can only enjoy the benefit of reservation in state or state level exam or education.  At central level you are in unreserved
