• Step 1: Fill the IPU CET Nursing 2020 Application Form.
• Step 2: Download IPU CET Nursing 2020 Admit Card.
• Step 3: Appear for IPU CET Nursing 2020 Entrance Exam.
• Step 4: Check IPU CET Nursing 2020

Yeah, I suppose you can obviously do that ,provided you perform excellently in JEE Main.Only thing which you cant do is reappear for JEE Advanced and move to another IIT.

But my suggestion would instead of planning to waste a year and work for JEE again after moving to IIT,

No, you are not required to carry your fitness certificate for JEE and NEET 2020 Examination. You have not to carry fitness certificate at the exam center and also you are not required to bring and show your fitness certificate during counselling.
