Unfortunately, Securing a management quota seed for MBBS is extremely unlikely with a NEET score of 91. Usually, management quota seeds are set aside for students who want to study medicine but may not have received a high enough Neet score to be considered for merit based seats. Even for management quota admissions, a score of 91 is well below the minimum qualifying scores for the majority of categories, and there is fierce rivalry for these seats.

Usually, the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) round of the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course usually commences after declaration of the relevant entrance exam results which has generally been between July and September each year. as per I know admission are generally done through IISER Aptitude Test (IAT), kvpy and JEE Advanced, I mean its a central government institutes, funded by Government of India, so they follow transparent and merit only admission policies.
