If you got 132 marks in NEET 2025, then the chances of getting an MBBS seat are very low. For the General and EWS categories, the qualifying mark is expected to be around 145–150. So if you belong to these categories, you haven’t qualified for counselling. If you’re from a reserved category, such as SC, ST, or OBC, you may qualify; however, 132 is still not enough to secure an MBBS seat through either government or private colleges. Most government colleges close around 500+ marks, and even private medical colleges under state quota usually require 400+ marks. Just qualifying doesn't mean you’ll get admission. It only means you can take part in counselling if your marks are above the qualifying cut-off. With 132 marks, MBBS admission is nearly impossible in India unless you're applying through special NRI or management quota, which is very expensive. Instead, you can look at alternative medical courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or B.Sc. Nursing. These options are also good for building a career in the healthcare field. If MBBS is your dream, you can prepare again and try next year with better strategy and more practice. Many students take a drop year and score well in their second or third attempt, so don’t feel discouraged. Focus on your weak areas, revise NCERT properly, and practice mock tests regularly. Also, try joining a coaching program or following online free resources if you need help. Keep your motivation high and remind yourself why you started preparing for NEET in the first place.

If you’re planning to study MBBS in Uttarakhand, AIIMS Rishikesh is the best government medical college in the state. It boasts top-level facilities, strong academics, and, most importantly, offers PG reservation for its own MBBS students. That means if you complete your MBBS there, you’ll get preference for PG (MD/MS) seats under institutional quota.
Next in line is the Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun. It is a well-established state government medical college and has started offering PG seats in various departments. The college is affiliated with HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), which handles all state counselling and seat reservation.
Government Medical College, Haldwani, is also a reputed college offering both MBBS and PG courses. It has a good academic setup and hostel facilities. Then there is GMC Srinagar, a newer government college, which also offers PG courses and follows state PG reservation policies.
All state medical colleges in Uttarakhand reserve 50% PG seats for state quota candidates, which helps you if you are a resident or did your MBBS from there. AIIMS Rishikesh is slightly different, as it reserves PG seats internally for its own UG students.

Hello student,
Each participating university sets its own cutoff scores for B.Pharm, and these can vary based on factors.
A CUET score of 350 may make it challenging to get into a top-tier government B.Pharmacy college, but it's not impossible.
Consider exploring other government colleges with lower cutoffs, or look into private or deemed universities that may offer other pathways like management quota seats or exams.
Check the CUET cutoff trends for the B.Pharm course in the specific government colleges you're interested in.

Dear Aspirant,
Based on your CUET score of 648 and a combined 208 out of 500 in English and General Aptitude (GAT), you do have a fair chance of getting admission to the BBA program at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), especially under the ST category. While the exact ST cutoff for this year is yet to be released, previous trends suggest that ST category cutoffs are generally lower than those for the General category, which typically range between 330 to 410 marks. This means the ST cutoff may fall somewhere around 280 to 360 marks out of 500 in English and GAT combined, giving you a possible edge despite your lower GAT score. However, admission will ultimately depend on this year’s competition and seat availability. It’s important to keep track of DAVV's official counselling schedule, likely to begin in late July, and participate in the process with all your required documents, including your CUET scorecard, caste certificate, and academic qualifications. Even if your score is slightly below the expected cutoff for BBA (Marketing or Business Analytics), you should still attend counselling, as reserved category seats may open up.
Best of Luck.

The non-local quota has been abolished, and only students domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are eligible for the 85% state quota seats.
With a state rank of 4348 as a non-local candidate in Andhra Pradesh, your chances of getting a medical seat in a government college are very low.
You might have a chance in private colleges, but it would depend on the management quota seats and the fee structure.
I would recommend you to consider exploring other states with open quotas .
No, the admissions for B.Sc. B.Ed. at Dr. Hari Singh Gour University (Dr. H.S. Gour Vishwavidyalaya) Sagar are not yet started for the 2025-26 academic year.
