According to the official guidelines, for AP EAPCET (2025) counselling, the Income Certificate must be issued on or after January 1, 2022.

As your certificate has applied on October 10, 2024 , so it is valid in technical terms as the general validity rule for such certificates is typically one year from the issue date. Since yours was issued in October 2024, it remains valid through October 2025 and therefore well into the 2025 counselling period.
