I want full details of DMLT and BMLT course with fees

Nikita shahi 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

Both courses are paramedical and directly linked with lab work in hospitals/diagnostic centres.

  • DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology): It is a 2 years after 12th (PCB). Fees are very low in govt. colleges (10k–40k/year) and higher in private (40k–1.2L/year).
  • BMLT (Bachelor of MLT): 3 years + internship. Gives you deeper training, opens up scope for PG or higher positions. Govt. colleges charge around 20k–60k/year, private ones between 70k–2.5L/year.

Well-known colleges include

  • CMC Vellore
  • JIPMER,
  • PGIMER Chandigarh,
  • Manipal SOAHS,

Thank you and all the best!

My general rank 33000 in wbjee and my obc-a cast rank 2214. Can i get any good college in this numb...

Nikita shahi 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

With OBC-A rank around 2200, chances in Jadavpur University are slim. But you can still target good govt. colleges like:

  • Kalyani Government Engineering College (KGEC)
  • Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College (JGEC)
  • UIT, Burdwan University

Rithwik Kumar Sahu 25th Aug, 2025

With your OBC-A rank of 2,214, you have strong chances to secure seats in reputable government colleges (like Kalyani GEC, Jalpaiguri GEC) and branches at JU (non-CSE), and you’re eligible for good private colleges like IEM or Heritage in branches like CSE, ECE, or IT.

I have qualified my 12th from pcb background but I need to enter in btech cse for that I have two option 1 is bridge course of maths which is provided by the university where I am enrolling but it is ugc approved not aicte and 2 option is NWAC board where I get marksheet for whole subject which one is better and safer which would not create problem in future for higher education and job perspective

Rithwik Kumar Sahu 25th Aug, 2025

Between the two, the NWAC (Northwest Accreditation Commission) full marksheet with Mathematics is the safer and more widely accepted option for long-term career and higher education. A bridge course by the university (UGC-approved but not AICTE) may only be valid within that particular institution, and other universities or employers might not recognize it, especially if AICTE approval is required.

So, if you want future-proof recognition for higher studies (M.Tech, MBA, abroad education) and job placements, NWAC with Mathematics is better and safer.

Prachi Kumari 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

If you want to enter B.Tech CSE after PCB, the safest option is to have Mathematics as a proper subject in your Class 12th marksheet.

  • Bridge course by university (UGC approved, not AICTE):
This may help you get admission in that university, but in future (for M.Tech, govt jobs, or abroad studies) some institutions may not accept it because AICTE requires Maths in 12th.

  • NWAC board with full marksheet including Maths:
This gives you a fresh valid marksheet with Maths as a proper subject. It is generally accepted for higher studies and jobs because it looks like a regular 12th qualification.

So, the NWAC board option is safer for your long-term career. The bridge course may create problems later.

Hope it helps !

I applied my exam form of 1st grade in dec 2024 and I realized that i have to renew my ews certificate so, I renew on 12 March 2025 so can you tell me that I will consider under ews category because exam was conducted on June 2025.

gopi 25th Aug, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you will be included under EWS category. The essential point is that your valid EWS certificate is renewed and available on or before the exam date (in this case, June 2025). Since you upgraded your certificate in March 2025, before the exam, your EWS candidate position will normally be accepted. Whether or not you will be accepted as EWS will be subject to the recruiting body's verification rules regarding document checking.

I have an AIR score of 324 in neet pg and i have a domicile of jammu and kashmir. I am ST with 1 year in hard reach area service, what will be my rank in jammu and kashmir and what can i expect at this score?

Nikita shahi 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

With such a high AIR (324) plus ST category + service quota, you’re in a very strong position. In J&K state counselling, you’ll likely be among the top few in your category. You can expect to get clinical branches in govt. medical college.

With 61,774k GMR in wbjee 2025 and SC category rank 6894 which good colleges can i get?

Nikita shahi 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

At this rank, top government colleges are tough, but you can still land in SC category seats at:

Regional Engineering Colleges in districts (JGEC, Cooch Behar, Kalyani GEC) in less demanded branches.

UIT Burdwan sometimes opens at this range.

does davv took admission on class 12th merit basis

Rahul Mandal 25th Aug, 2025

Hello,

Yes, the DAVV takes admission on class 12th merit-based, but it also depends on the specific course and whether you appear for the CUET exam or not. For many UG courses, you need to take the CUET exam, and your eligibility depends on the class 12th marks. However, some courses just need the 12th marks to get admission; no CUET is needed.

I hope it will clear your query!!
