With 115 marks in NEET PG, it's highly unlikely to get admission into MD paediatrics in any South Indian Medical college, whether government or private .The reason is that the qualifying cutoff itself is much higher, In recent years general category candidates needed atleast 280-300 above just to qualify,and even reserved Categories required more than 200.On top of that MD paediatrics is high-demand branch and the closing rank in South India are usually above 400-500.So,If you're really interested in pursuing MD paediatrics, it would be a good idea to consider preparing again and aim for 400+ in your next attempt.

Yes, you can do both together. As a private candidate, you can appear for the improvement exam in the subjects you already passed and also take Biology as an additional subject in the same year. You will need to apply separately for improvement and for the additional subject when the board opens the forms.

It is better to confirm the exact process and dates from your board (CBSE/State board) before applying.

If you want to join the Indian Navy , there are different ways depending on your qualification:

• After 10+2 (PCM): You can apply for NDA (National Defence Academy) exam conducted by UPSC. After selection, you will be trained and then join as an officer.

• After 10+2 (with PCM & English, min 60%): You can apply for 10+2 B.Tech entry (direct SSB interview if shortlisted).

• After Graduation: You can apply through CDS exam (UPSC) or Direct entries like INET, NCC entry etc.

• For Sailors (after 10+2): You can apply for SSR/AA or MR posts depending on your subjects.
