By getting 82.16 percentile in jee main can I get cse or others branch in mbm jodhpur as sc category

Chelsie G 15th Jul, 2025

With an 82.16 percentile in JEE Main and being in the SC category, you have a reasonable chance of securing admission to branches like CSE, ECE, or Mechanical at MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, under the Rajasthan state quota.

In recent years, SC cutoff percentiles for CSE at MBM have ranged around 80–85 percentile, so your score places you right at the borderline. ECE and other branches often close slightly lower, improving your chances there.

I recommend:

  1. Participating in Rajasthan JoSAA/REAP counselling under the SC category.

  2. Filling web options with CSE and other preferred engineering branches.

  3. Preparing backups like ECE, Mechanical, or Civil, as they typically have slightly more relaxed cutoffs for SC candidates.

can i have a chance to get into govt mbbs clg or private clg under category A quota if my AIR is 295993 and have a state merit rank of 8791if iam a bcb female candidate in telangana

Abhilasha Agrawal 15th Jul, 2025

In Telangana, the final closing rank for BC B female in Telangana government colleges in 2024 was around 231,470 and your rank is well within the range.

Yes, with your state rank as a BC B female, you stand a chance to secure an MBBS seat in a government college under state quota, and also in private medical colleges under the same quota.

Just be proactive in your counselling process. Participate in KNRUHS counselling under Telangana State Quota and apply specifically under your BC B female category.

will i get a govt seat for mbbs in my state kerala with 540 marks in neet and 7300 rank in general category

Taabia Fathima 14th Jul, 2025

Hi Arul,

Thanks for reaching out!

Government colleges: With 540 marks in NEET under general category,7,300 rank in Kerala, your score is considered decent.but it's unlikely that you'll get a govt.MBBS seat, as general category cut-offs are usually higher(above 600).

Private colleges:

Seats under merit- quota is also quite competitive in Kerala, often requiring around 560-580+so,you might be close but not guaranteed.

You can consider Jubliee Mission,Sree Gokulam Colleges, though fees are higher.

In Kerala even private colleges tend to have competitive merit ranks due to fewer seats and high demand

Attend councelling, explore more private options, consider BDS,BAMS or paramedical courses.

Neet me pas hone ke liye kitane n hone chahiye

Aradhana Mallik 15th Jul, 2025

To pass NEET, candidates must score at least the 50th percentile for General category, 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC, and 45th percentile for PwD. The exact marks vary each year based on the exam's difficulty and overall performance. Qualifying only allows counselling, not guaranteed admission. Higher marks give better chances.

Mitali Sharma 13th Jul, 2025

Hello

With 198 marks in NEET and ST category , you are not eligible for MBBS in Odisha government colleges . ST cutoff is usually around 400+.

Other Options:

Try private colleges (chances still low).

Consider B.Sc Nursing, BAMS or paramedical courses.

Repeat NEET for a better score.

hope this helps you .

Can i get seat in VNRVJ in counseling and my rank in ts eamcet is 26154

Rahul Mandal 14th Jul, 2025

Yes, you can get a seat in VNRVJ with this rank of 26154. But there is a problem for you if you want to get admission to popular branches like computer science and related branches: you have a very low chance. Generally in the range of ranks 25000 to 50000, you can secure branches like civil, mechanical, and electrical in the second phase of the counseling, but for the CSE, you need a better rank. Still, you can try for the CSE.

GOOD LUCK!!
