If a student who does not hold domicile of uttarakhand but have completed his 10th and 12th from uttarakhand and appeared for uttarakhand bsc nursing entrance exam will he be eligible for government seat or private only

A student without Uttarakhand domicile, but with 10th and 12th education from the state is eligible for private college and potentially some management seats, but usually not for state-quota government seats. Most state-run institutions reserve 85% of seats for permanent residents.
