Jo “cut off rank” dikhaya jata hai, wo generally CRL (Common Rank List) hota hai, jab tak specifically OBC category mention na ho. Agar OBC quota cutoff diya ho, tab wo OBC rank hota hai. Hamesha label check kare: “CRL”, “AIR” ya “Category (OBC/SC/ST)”.
