First you must qualify class xii with good score this time.  You can give class improvement exam  or join open university like  NIOS . Obtain  good score  . Your mandatory subjects must be physics , chemistry  biology and English.

in my transfer certificate my name is written in correct way like my sirname is written after actual name but in my migration certificate my surname is written before my actual name this is the only mistake in my whole documents will this cause any problem during admission in mbbs

You should not worry.

It does not make any difference whether your name is written first or surname .

The spellings of names and surnames should be filled correctly in the migration certificate , if order is different , it doesn't make any difference.
