As long as you have passed the subjects in which you got compartment,  you are eligible for neet but you must gave secured minimum 50% marks in physics , chemistry and biology ie 150 marks , not less than that

You won't have to write all exams . You will have to reappear for chemistry exam. You must pass this time and make sure you are getting 50% aggtegate marks in three subjects physics,  chemistry and biology.
