In the year 2021, the cut-off mark to get admission (via State Quota) in any Government BAMS College in Maharashtra via OBC Category was 446/720 (AIR - 1,37,129). The college allotted to the candidate holding this rank was K.V.T.R. Ayurved College, Boradi.

Is it okay if the address on my EWS certificate and NEET application form are not same (they are both from same state) ?

There won't be any issue if the address mentioned in your EWS Certificate is different from the address mentioned in your NEET Application form. During the counselling process, they only check your EWS Certificate (and not the address mentioned) to verify your EWS Category.

According to previous year’s cut off, to get a low fee private college, you need to get 550+ marks ( for General category)

With a score of 270, you can only get the following deemed medical colleges-

See, counting chapters is not something that's going to help you in the final exam. You need to set your goals. And these goals, in my opinion can be set according to the time period. You have to keep in mind that you have to finish your syllabus
