With 510 marks and the EWS category, getting a government seat in any state (even your domiciled state) is quite difficult. The cut off for A category seats was 540+ according to the previous year's cut off, however, you have good chances of getting a B category seat
As you haven't mentioned your category, assuming you under unreserved category. You have to score 450+ to get a good semi-government medical colleges for BAMS. For which average fees will be around 30-40k.
