Score of 345 Marks out of 720 in NEET (UG) 2022 and being a General Category student ofcourse will not give you a MBBS Seat in any of the Government Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh. But yes, you are eligible to get Private MBBS Colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
From your profile it seems you belong to West Bengal, you haven't mentioned your category hence I'm assuming it to be general, you may have chances for management quota in the following private medical colleges of the state as per 2020 NEET cut-offs under 85% state quota;

Yes you can get admission in Bsc at Maharani University as the minimum eligibility criteria is to get minimum 50% in 12th with PCMB as compulsory subject.
