Hi aspirant,
See, your score is quite low for admission to any government medical college. Since you've already dropped 2 years, I would suggest you to take admission to other courses like BAMS/BHMS/BSc Veterinary sciences or BPt.
You can also try looking for admission in the streams that are not

Generally for  BAMS one must score 420+  for general category for government college. For private it is 300+. As your NEET score is 500, which is a very good score. You can get in BAMS Lucknow

If we calculate your total marks from data you provided then we get 42×4 = 168 marks for correct answer but also you have attempted 36 questions wrong so you will get negative mark for that which is -36.

So total 168-36 = 132 marks,
