The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

I belong to obc 3b in state list not central list I applied for neet as obc category my pcb percentage is 45% will I be disqualified if I score more than 550 because the obc passing criteria is 40% n general is 50%

See only if your category does not lie under the central list of reservation of OBC candidates available at official website of NCBC then you are not eligible for OBC quota in NEET UG at national level but at state level you can get benefitted and for national

So with regard to your query, NIOS board is a valid board and is also a recognized one. You can definitely apply for BHMS , BAMS or MBBS etc.,. medical courses. However, you need to qualify  the NEET exam for this purpose.

Hello sir, was not able to change name on photo in neet ug form but changed the order of candidates name, so wen the admit card is released which photo should i put on it the one with the wrong order name or right one, will it create a problem during exam time

You were not able to change the photograph because you must have modified the name section and only one of them can be edited so when the Admit card will be released you should paste the photograph with no any name or date because it is no where
