Hello Aspirant,
To be elligible for NEET examination you need to have following marks in intermediate
UR - 50%
OBC/SC/ST - 40%
PWD - 45%

At your marks you are at the sader side in any case so your +2 marks should not be an issue.

The marks secured in the Physics subject is 58 marks and if you have passed both the practical and theory then there is no problem. Also the eligibility criteria of the NEET suggests that the student needs to secure at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in aggregate.
