For now there is no any news or chances of postponing NEET 2022 because there is no any specific reason but if it will get postponed further then NTA will notify on it's official website.

Great to see you enthusiasm! However, the eligibility criteria for NEET (UG) 2022 includes that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

Also, candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time

Yes you are eligible to appear in NEET UG 2022 (if you are pass in all theory papers of PCB apart from practical), this because as per your category i.e. OBC, you should have aggregate in PCB either equal to or more than 40% and you fulfil this
