Hello Shalini,

As your domicile is Uttrakhand and you have Domicile Certificate in Uttarakhand, you are eligible for State Quota in Uttrakhand only. You cannot get that benefit in Delhi.

So, you must have valid NEET UG score to participate in Counselling. You can get seats in Delhi Government Colleges

To open a Diagnostic Centre you need permissions, Licence and abide with the rules whole opening it. As you are B.Sc graduate, so you are a Radiographer. You can only take X-Rays but you need to hire a Radiologist who has done MBBS and then MD in Radiology

It is really tough to say that because it totally depends on you and difficulty level of exam, etc.

Try to study for around 6 to 8 hours a day and make a strategy and time table and follow it strictly. Try to concentrate on your studies properly.
