If by GVMC you meant Government Vellore Medical College which is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai then it doesn't offer BSc Nursing,

generally speaking the eligibility criteria for BSc Nursing is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core
