Yes, you may get a non-clinical seat in your state quota but you must participate in all rounds of counselling. Must attend mop round as well.

If you belong to General Category, you'll need a high AIR (All India Rank)  to secure admission in a government medical college. To get MD Physiology in a government college you should at least have 600 All India Rank which means, you have to stay within the top 600 rank
