Hi Paul, As you mentioned you failed the 12th exam two times and you want to pursue further education in CANADA, i would say it will vary what exactly you want to pursue and institute... If you can justify your failure with some base like extra curricular activities that you have undertaken or internship.. That will help you to score points....

Well, yes it can create difficulty for visa application or some top colleges might see this as factor for eliminating students.

However, if you have somid internship experience possessed meanwhile if will offset all difficulty.

It will help you showcase your work experience and knowledge insights about indusrty.
You can also provide medical certificate if any showcasing your gap.

You can alternatively show some volunteer experience to fill the gap. Overall if you take ibto considering all these experience certificate then it should be smooth boat to sail.
