In the above question is mentioned that, a faulty clock gains 60 minutes during a time interval of 18t which shows 6:00 a.m. So, the actual time which is the clock will show will be delayed by 60 minutes aur will be 5 a.m.

If the clock gains 6t to reach the time, hence within 24 hours it will gain an access time of around 18t/6t *60 *minutes = 180 minutes or 3 hours.
