So here' s the answer to your query...

Since you havent mentioned any particular course I would give you an answer thats applicable to all courses generally I hope you will get hold of the matter ahead. So usually all the exams of engineering gets over by the month of April to May and admission starts withing 30 to 35 days of the exam. For medical NEET happens in May usually(but due to pandemic situation it has shifted to september)... and this admission starts form June end or July start(usually but for covid its October end and November start)...other than these the other normal courses or even the business managemnts start from August end or September first tentatively.
