    It actually depends on the time you take the backlog exam and the announcement of its result that decides whether it will be mentioned in the degree certificate or not. If you have cleared all your backlogs in time, it will not be mentioned in the degree certificate. Hence, it may or may not be mentioned in the degree certificate.
