Yes, you need an eco mark certificate and license. Manufacturers and producers will have to apply for ECO MARK for BIS testing and certification.BIS will complete the required testing and certification process in the allotted period.Once a product has earned a label, it is permitted to use the ECO MARK label for a specific amount of time before reapplying for a new ECO label license.The prize is given out for at least a year at a time.In the event the BIS discovers false information or criminal activities, it may rescind the award. It may also withdraw the award in the event of technological advancement or for any other legitimate reason.
