Can get admission in nit rank is 103678obc 12th percentage 73%?

Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat in any of the NIT's as your rank is very high and your boards percentage is less than 75% which is the minimum percentage required to qualify JEE Mains. Hence there are no chances for you to get a seat in any of the NIT's. I hope you got the point.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or even iiits.

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Even lower nits like northeast nits gets their closing rank Maximum upto 16 k to 18 k for obc category student.

Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any prestigious private institutes.
Or take a year drop for jee 2020.

For admission into NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, a candidate must have scored 75% in his/her board exams or be in the top 20 percentile of his/her state. Since your 12th percentage is 73%, you would not be eligible for admission into NITs despite a rank in JEE Main. Though, I suggest you to check with the state merit list to check whether you are in the top 20 percentile.
