Can i apply for group X after doing 12th from open .. Or what other options do I have after diploma in Air Force ?

Eligibility Criteria for Airmen Posts in Group X  Trade in Indian Air Force is  Candidates should have Intermediate/10+2/ pass or Equivalent examination from Education Board listed as member by COBSE (or) Three years Diploma Course in Engineering from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute,

Since, you specifically asked for group X, so you're eligible provided the board from where you've completed your +2 is listed in COBSE(Council of Boards of School Education in India). Since, you haven't specified your board, I''ll request you to once check it.

Once, the notification comes out which is scheduled to be on 22nd June, just go through it for better and clearer understanding.

Yes you can apply but you have to meet the following qualifications: (i) Passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Educational Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (ii) Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering in any stream, as mentioned in the drop down menu of apply online section under candidate’s login on the CASB web portal. The candidate should have completed the course from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma, or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.

There are other options after diploma in Air force as there will be job vacancies in Airmen, in public sector.
