No, your state caste certificate will not be valid unless your caste belongs to the ones mentioned in the central list. Pls check if your caste is mentioned in the central list. Then get the certificate done as specified by the authorities. This will be needed during admissions. Check this https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=73.
JEE Counselling authority (JoSAA) have given caste certifcate format which need to signed by given authority because there is central list for each resreved category which can differ from state category list so you will be required caste certificate in below format :
