Yes you can get.
Only requirement is that you must fulfil some criteria.
Every college has its own criteria. If you are in top 20 percentile then don't worry.

In order to get admission in IITs, NITs, & IIITs, GFTIs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th. Please explain what is your board marks.

The engineering college considers upto 70% marls for admission in any of the engineering colleges. The aggregate should be greater than this percent. Thank you.
