No. Admission to NITs and IITs is strictly merit based.

Yes, they take donations.
The students donate their perseverance, 2 years of time and lots of hard work to get into them. If you are willing, you can donate it too. I am sure they will welcome you with open arms.
Never ever think of such things again. These things are the ones which differentiate a premier government college from private colleges and NITs and IITs areinstitutes of National Importance which admit a student completely based upon his/her merit.
