can i join GME after completing DME
It is must to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialisation for being eligible for taking admission in graduate Marine Engineering. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or naval architecture are the preferred choices which are considered at the time of admission by various colleges and Universities.
Other than this you must have also be fluent in speaking English and need to be physically E and medically fit. Your age must not be more than 25 years and not less then 17 years.
