can i repeat class 12 with up board with pcm as i have pcb in 12?

No you can't repeat class 12 U P board with PCM if you have already passed out class 12 with PCB. If you really want to repeat your class 12th with PCM then you have to opt to take readmission in class 11 and repeat both class 11 and class 12 with the respective subjects. Thank you. Good luck.
